I am an author of eBooks: (What is an eBook, anyway?) That is: I create one eBook at a time, and I release each as a product.

Normally, I write eBooks on how to manage large database systems for professional programmers. Not interesting for you, I suppose.

And frankly, I don't really care too much about my tech background: I am a senior citizen like you, and I would like to focus on other subjects, more related to us as senior citizens...

When it comes to ebooks, I have developed my own process for how to create an eBook, and the last two years, thousands have downloaded my eBook on the subject, and started doing the same thing: Creating an eBook or more, and making their own Home Businesses based on that product.

Written and done correctly, creating eBooks is a business: I am currently doing a nice 4-figure sum per month from it.

Larry admits he is a no-tech senior citizen: Yet he manages both to run his own website, as well as producing eBooks for his site: Not bad at all!
